I would recommend Cheryl to anyone who wants to sell property in Steamboat. There were circumstances in my case that I thought would make the sale difficult. First, I have a disability that would make it impossible for me to actively participate. Cheryl took that right in stride. I made it clear that the condo was to be sold as-is and Cheryl was happy to market it accordingly. Second, there was a tenant in the unit with just a month-to-month lease. I was impressed with the way Cheryl and her staff worked with my Tennant on all aspects of access, showings, appraisals, inspection, and especially moving day. All of that went smoothly for me and my tenant. The listing was posted less than two weeks after our first contact, just before Christmas. I really didn't expect any activity until after the new year, but an offer came in the day before Christmas. Cheryl worked through the holiday and we posted our counter just a few days later. The buyer was difficult throughout the negotiation process. There were times when I thought the deal was collapsing, but Cheryl was persistent and always protective of my interests. The final contract was signed less than a week before closing. With no time to spare Cheryl and her staff worked out the details with my tenant, movers, trash removal, cleaners, and the title company. In the end, the unit was ready just hours before closing. I never even had to make a trip to Steamboat. I was able to close locally with the title company. The total time from the first contact to closing was just about 6 weeks. I would not have thought any of that possible until I met Cheryl. She's top-notch in my opinion.
